I wanted to pursue a master's program but most of the countries including my offered a 2-year master's program and Ireland was one of those countries which had 1-year master's program with a great curriculum and better placement opportunities. Hence, I applied to several institutes in Ireland and I finally heard back from NUIG. I was thrilled and I got admitted as soon as possible. I was charged €35 as I applied here through the online application portal.

    Course Curriculum :

The curriculum here is diverse and rigorous. It provided me with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a successful career in biotechnology. Through tutorials, lectures, assignments, and a research project, the course focused on the development and application of biological processes in research, commercial and industrial settings. Luckily, I had a primary degree in Biological Sciences, so the concept was easier to understand.

I wanted to study abroad, so I applied to universities in the USA and Ireland for this program. Among the universities I applied to, I was accepted in a total of 3 universities but I opted for NUIG because I found that it is among the top universities worldwide and Ireland is a great country to live in. Although I was not charged a fee to apply here, I did had to mail the application form along with the supporting documents.

    Course Curriculum :

The program is helped me develop my hardware and software engineering skills in an integrated way and the analytical powers to apply them jointly. The program is combining coursework in different aspects of both fields over four years, with an emphasis on the design of computing systems. Also, the curriculum mainly focuses mainly on practical skills along with theoretical knowledge.

The University added this course 1st time so we are the 1st batch, major changes have been recommended in the course subjects which we though should be changed and also the 2nd semester is best for the business people and the research project is major and the amazing part wherin they tie up with the international companies and work on their problem statement all alone and get the exposure of the corporate life while studying itself.
