Likes
- The library is the biggest in Ireland and is 24 hours open
- There are more than 100 societies ranging from cultural, arts, sports for us to be a part of
- The college is in the city Centre, so the transportation is very easy and accessible
Dislikes
- The campus yet beautiful, however is small. Some of the departments are outside the main campus
- The professors are very busy and can be contacted only after class or via email
- Due to the harsh windy and rainy weather conditions in Ireland, it gets harder to come to college sometimes.
Campus Life
- The college has 1 campus with the biggest library in Ireland, a sports facility , along with a swimming pool. The campus also has a medical facility that is accessible by students with their card.
- One of the major campus festivals is Holi organised by the Indian society; others occur during the sports events. The societies are all run by students and there is a very strong student body that is very welcoming to any student-related problems.
Fees
- The full fees for the 1year postgraduate course was 26000 euros. The first 50% of the fees had to be paid before the first semester and the second half had to be paid before the second semester i.e before Christmas vacation ends.
- The monthly expense can range from 900-1500 euros. This can vary depending upon the accommodation you are staying in as student accommodations are very expensive that can range from 800 euros to 1200 euros. Transportation can be 30-40 euros per month depending upon how many classes one might have in a week. Food expenses can be ranged from 400-500 euros per month.
- The accommodation in Dublin is expensive. The rest of the expenses are moderate compared to other European countries. If one is successful finding a affordable house under 500 euros, then the expenses can be reduced.

- I love the Old Library at Trinity, they have really good books and its always very quiet and feels like i am in a completely different world.
- The college building and architecture is fantastic. Its very old and has great history for the entire Ireland and Dublin city.
- I also loved the international student crowd. Its a great place to connect with other students and make good connections.
Dislikes
- It's really hectic sometimes, managing academic and part time jobs
- Trinity is strict when it comes to studies , we hardly had time for extracurricular activities.
- Trinity ball which is the biggest event is very costly fee for students it should have been free like other colleges

- Trinity has only 1 campus that is in Dublin 2 city centre.
- All facilities are available on my campus.
- Trinity has around 50 Sports clubs, Trinity has more than 120 societies , Health club, Students union, Science club, Engineering society, Business society, River rafting club, music dance drama club, probably all clubs we can imagine are present in Indian society too.
- Major festival is Christmas and Trinity ball ,societies for music, knitting, painting, science, boxing, racing, volunteering, debating, gaming, coding, cycling everything is there.

- The tuition fee for my course in Intelligent Systems (Computer Science) at Trinity College Dublin is around €25,000. This amount covers all the charges, although it might have changed slightly since.
- Its yearly, We can pay it in one, two, or a maximum of three installments.
- It actually depends on various factors, like if we live in student accommodation its way costly around 1200-1800 euros a month for rent
- 100-250 euros for groceries
- 100 euros bills which mostly includes wifi heating and electricity
- Also if we live little far from college its less, around 600-800 euros a month for rent.
Likes
- The college buildings are absolutely stunning. I loved them a lot and it feels like I am in the Harry Potter world.
- There are so many Trinity clubs and societies, I made good friends and connections through them.
- Pheonic labs is amazing place for CS Grads, I would say the best place on campus to study
Dislikes
- Trinity is great but it focuses more on research which may be a little down point for students looking for internship opportunities during the course.
- Trinity is very very Strict. Very harsh policies towards plagiarism and AI use for assignments. They detain you for such things.
- It can be very stressful sometimes to manage academics and yourself if you are an international student.
Campus Life
- I think around 5000 people including all staff, schools, faculties, students, researchers. Trinity has only 1 campus that is in Dublin 2 city centre
- All facilities are available on my campus.
- Trinity has around 50 Sports club, Trinity has more than 120 societies , Health club, Students union, Science club, Engineering society,

- The fee for my course TCD in computer science Intelligent systems is around 25,000 Euros (Tuition fees) although thus might have changed a bit now.This includes all charges.

Likes
- Structure of curriculum : Almost all contents taught are state of art or very least being advancements in field.
- Campus : Campus is huge and there is lot of diversity.
- Lab Infrastructure : All the machines are fitted with latest hardware and software components which are essential for experiments and research.
Dislikes
- Too Fast Teaching Sem : Limited time available, requiring highly efficient time management.
- Compulsory Dissertation : Flexibility to do internship should have been an option.
- Lack of space for eating : Most of the libraries lack eating spacing making it difficult to manage.
Campus Life
- My college has one campus that is located at College Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
- TCD has a lot of facilities, from libraries and sports to medical services for students. There are multiple libraries and labs depending on the study area of a particular student. These libraries and labs are up to date with modern standards and have few hosts' kitchens, offering huge convenience.
- There is always an event happening in college on any given day, but major events include the freshers' fair, the TCD ball, and TCD Holi.
- TCD is known for its societies; there are around 120 societies where one can join and have some off-study work or fun. Trinity offers a wide range of sports facilities; there is a dedicated sports center where students can enjoy activities such as Rock climbing, Gym, Swimming and many more.

Likes
- The infrastructure of the college made it feel nice to be able to come to college every day.
- Facilities provided, TCD has very good career consultant. And there are many study rooms which you can book for group meeting or just exam prep.
- The one year course duration, it's nice to be able to complete a masters degree within 1 year.
Dislikes
- The selection of students, I feel like they could have refined the selection of students a bit better, it often felt like I was one of the smartest in the room out of a class of 100 people.
- My course was mostly graded by group projects, Sometimes I personally had to carry the workload for the entire project.
- Professors were a bit too lenient, I feel like a lot of students settled for the bare minimum in projects because of how calm and relaxed the Professors were.
Campus Life
- There is only one campus which is located in the city centre, but there are multiple buildings within the campus.
- There are multiple libraries and there is the sports centre where students can use the gym and swimming pool for free.
- There are many events that are hosted in Trinity, but the most famous one is Trinity Ball.
- So, a couple of weeks after you join college, there will be an event held all over the campus where you can sign up for multiple clubs like literature clubs and many sports clubs.

- College Tuition: 22 Lakhs
- Living + Groceries: 12 lakhs per year if accommodation is in a rented apartment.
- The fees charged –
- It is charged in 2 payments: 1st semester, 50 per cent of the fees; 2nd semester, the other 50 per cent of the fees.
- An estimate of your monthly expenses:
- Rent: 550 per month (Euros)
- Transportation: 50 per month (Euros)
- Groceries: 100 per month (Euros)
- Also, for expenses, I would recommend that students buy extra luggage weight allowance to be able to bring everything they need to Ireland, like utensils, pans, pots and much more. It's definitely worth doing so rather than planning to buy things in Ireland.
- Weekly grocery shopping can be cheap if you stick to supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi, maybe around 15 to 30 euros a week. I suggest students opt for the 48 sim card since I have had no bad experiences with it when it comes to network connectivity. It is also the cheapest Sim provider in Ireland.

- It has a mix of both technical and practical aspects in its programmes.
- You get amazing career services and consultancy from career counsellors.
- More than the academic bit, it also becomes one of the cultural points of learning a lot about Ireland as well as the college. It has Kells of Experience which is one of the biggest libraries in the Europe and has a lot of historical information.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the schedule gets a bit hectic but its different for different courses.
- It is very difficult to get accommodation in the college as very less number of rooms are available.
- Specifically, apart from these, there is not much to hate about the college at all.
Campus Life
- The campus experience was really nice. We have a lot of events within the campus on a weekly basis and for which we all get an email in advance stating the weekly event schedules.
- There are multiple societies and clubs which you can be a part of. There is an event where you can interact with people from the clubs and understand which one you want to be a part of.
- For the fests, we have the Trinity Ball which is a concert with a lot of artists from around the globe.

- 22,650 euros for a Masters in Marketing Course.
- Pay 50% before the visa application for verification purposes of the visa process. Rest 50% could be paid in 1-2 installments after 6 months.
- Rent - 600-1200 euros depends on your accommodation (including water, wifi, electricity)

Likes
- The course structure is intensive enough to cover a vast number of topics regarding Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems
- The assignments are very detailed and provide a great way of learning the state of the art techniques.
- The campus being in the centre of the city provides a lot of opportunities for job search, recruiting events happening around Dublin with a great connectivity with public transport.
Dislikes
- Due to being a major tourist attraction from around the world, Trinity faces a lot of overcrowding and often during day major spots and lunch areas are crowded with tourists.
- High cost and limited student living options are available which forces students to find accommodation outside of campus and travel time to and fro college increases.
- The course being very particular and hectic does not provide often much time to explore student activities or enjoy college organised events.
Campus Life
- The college has 1 main campus located in Dublin 02. All facilities such as multiple big libraries, all sport facilities and great and active medical services are available 24x7 in campus. Major campus festivals are Christmas and St. Patrick's day but almost all festivals are celebrated here including Indian festivals like Holi, Diwali etc.
- Extracurricular activities such as free gym, swimming, badminton and other sports are available, Trinity has one of the most active student body in the world and this allows a wide range of events all across the year be it be movie nights or discussions or quizzes, also most clubs organise events in off hours so that students can focus on their studies mostly and can relax afterwards.

- The college provides best in class infrastructure, Students have access to dedicated labs with GPUs and libraries that are accessible 24/7.
- Courses are highly practical based, majority of the grading is done on the basis of Assignments rather than written examinations.
- The faculty are very knowledgeable and are experts in their field with many of them having relevant industry experience as well.
Dislikes
- Very difficult to get a scholarship especially as a taught postgraduate student compared to other universities.
- Assignment work load is very high leaving no time to prepare for job interviews or working part time.
- Due to campus being located in the city centre it is expensive to live close by and you need to find accommodation further away to save on rent.
Campus Life
- Trinity has one main campus, which is located in the City Centre at Dublin 2.
- Facilities on Campus: Library,Gym,Swimming Pool,Rock Climbing,Football/Cricket Ground,Rugby Ground,Tennis Ground.Clinic,Dining Hall,Cafe,Bar.
- Major campus festivals are the Trinity Ball and the Freshers Fair
- I am not much into sports but there are football matches every weekend and also Rugby matches that take place on campus. There are many societies such as the Indian Society which host events regularly, recently Holi was celebrated in Trinity as part of a society event. There are lunch/dinner parties hosted by different societies almost every week which are open to all students.

I was not able to get on campus accommodation, as they are mostly reserved for undergraduate students so there was no hostel fees. The tuition fee for the entire course was : €26,969.00

Rent + Utilities : 900 € (For a Single Private Room), It can be cheaper (around 600 €) for Shared Rooms. Can be even cheaper if a student decides to live far away from campus. There are also purpose built student accommodations like Yugo which cost around 1200 €.
Food and Groceries : 100 € (If cooking at home), eating out is very expensive, average cost for a meal at a restaurant is 10-15 €.
Transportation : I don't have any transportation expenses as I use a Bicycle (One time cost of 160 €). But if I had been using public transport it would cost me around 40€. Each Trip on public transport costs 1€, using the student travel card (LEAP card)
Sim/Data Plan : 13€ for Monthly Unlimited Data
Likes
- Student support throughout the course, be it mentally or financially. Designated counseling facilities. A lot of extracurricular activities to participate in.
Dislikes
- Level of depth of the classes conducted. The professor would not go into the details of the subject. Less availability for the professors to ask queries and doubts as most of them were visiting faculty.
Overview
I chose this university as having good experience in an Insurance company back in India, I wanted to pursue my further education in the Risk Management field. Trinity was the best one to study in Ireland. Overall experience was positive, the college is very international with good infrastructure and facilities on campus. Good overall support was available to students for any problems faced during the course.
Campus Life
Excellent infrastructure, facilities, student clubs and extra curricular activities to participate.

- Even the professors are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Dislikes
- Having said that a few of the courses however have a high teacher to student ratio which makes it a little difficult to get individual attention

I chose this college as Trinity ranks among the top 100 universities in the world and is the top Irish university. I've had an excellent time here and I'd definitely recommend Trinity for masters.
