New Delhi: The counselling schedule for BA LLB at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in 2023 has been released. Earlier, AMU had announced the AMU BA LLB 2023 Result on June 17, 2023. According to the official notification, the counselling for AMU 2023 has already commenced from June 26, 2023.

Candidates can register for Aligarh Muslim University BA LLB Counselling Process at amucontrollerexams.com. The AMU BA LLB Counselling 2023 includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification and others.

Once the registration, document verification process and fee payment is completed, the seats will be allotted to the aspirants. It is important to note that only those candidates who have met the cutoff marks will be eligible for AMU Admission to the BA LLB Course.

Once the verification of documents and payment of fees are completed, the seats will be allocated to the eligible candidates. To secure their admission, the candidates are required to submit the admission fees.

How to Register for AMU BA LLB 2023 Counselling? 

To register for AMU BA LLB Counselling 2023, eligible candidates can follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Visit the official websites: amu.ac.in, amucontrollerexams.com.

Step 2: Click on the "Online Counselling/Admission Portal, 2023-24" option on the homepage.

Step 3: A new page will be displayed.

Step 4: Enter your email ID and password, then click on the submit button.

Step 5: Fill out the registration form, upload the required documents, and make the payment of fees.

Step 6: Submit the completed form and make sure to take a printout for future reference.

Documents Required for AMU BA LLB Counselling

Candidates appearing for document verification at AMU will have to carry the following documents in original as well as, four self-attested copies:

  • Admit card for the AMU entrance exam 2023
  • Scorecard/result of the AMU entrance exam 2023
  • Mark sheets of Class 12th and 10th
  • Certificates of Class 12th and 10th
  • Six recent passport-size color photographs with a white background (dimensions: 2.5 x 3.0 cms), as uploaded in the application form
  • Documents related to reserved category, authorized by a competent authority/Naib Tehsildar/Deputy Collector or Higher Divisional Officer
  • For PWD category: Attested copy of disability certificate from a Medical Practitioner of at least the rank of Civil Surgeon, verifying the extent (percentage) of disability
  • Income certificate for EWS category
  • Certificates for children of AMU employees: Employment certificate from the Head of the Office where the candidate's parent is/was employed in AMU, Aligarh (retired/died in service), countersigned by the Service Book & Pension Section
  • Documents for children of AMU alumni: Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Marksheet (final year) obtained by the parent from AMU, along with an undertaking from the concerned parent as proof of the candidate's relationship with the certificate holder
  • Documents for children of Central Govt. employees recently posted/transferred to Aligarh: Attested copy of transfer order from competent authority or certificate from the Head of the Department indicating the date of posting and joining at Aligarh
  • Attested copy of domicile certificate from the District Authority of the candidate's respective state/union territory
  • For NCC candidates: Certificates from schools/universities according to the level of participation
  • Certificate issued by a higher authority of the Armed Forces and an undertaking by the candidate for children of Armed Forces personnel who died in combat.
