The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has extended the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) 2026 Phase 1 counselling deadline. Candidates can now complete registration, fee payment and web option entry until September 4, 2026. The revised schedule is available on the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
The extension applies to registered candidates who had not completed fee payment, certificate verification or option entry by the earlier cutoff. The council issued the revised timeline to accommodate pending applications from Phase 1 aspirants across Andhra Pradesh.
AP ICET is a state-level entrance test that shortlists candidates for MBA and MCA programmes. Admissions are conducted through centralised web-based counselling by APSCHE.

AP ICET 2026 Counselling Processing Fee
Candidates must pay the non-refundable processing fee online during registration. The fee varies by category as shown below.

How to Complete AP ICET 2026 Phase 1 Registration?
Candidates who have not yet finished the process should follow the steps listed on the CAP portal. The full journey covers registration, verification and option entry.
- Visit the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click on New Registration and select AP ICET as the exam.
- Enter the Aadhaar number, hall ticket number and registered mobile number.
- Generate the OTP and validate personal details on screen.
- Pay the applicable processing fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
- Upload the required certificates in PDF format for verification.
- Log in again and complete the web option entry with preferred colleges and courses.
Documents Required for Certificate Verification
Applicants must keep scanned copies of the following ready before starting the upload step. Missing documents can delay allotment.
- AP ICET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
- Class 10 and Class 12 marks memos
- Qualifying degree certificate and consolidated marks memo
- Transfer certificate and study certificates from Class 9 to graduation
- Income, caste and residence certificates issued by the competent authority
- Aadhaar card and one passport-size photograph
The revised cutoff gives late registrants a final chance to enter Phase 1. Missing September 4 will push candidates to the next counselling round with fewer available seats.
