What Is the Self-Reporting and College Reporting Process?

Every allotted candidate must complete two steps after the allotment. First, self-reporting on the OAMDC portal confirms acceptance of the seat. Second, physical reporting at the allotted college finalises the admission. Candidates must carry all original certificates for verification. Missing either step can lead to cancellation of the seat.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before reporting to the college.

  • Class 10 and Class 12 marks memos
  • Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
  • Caste certificate for reserved category candidates
  • Income certificate for fee reimbursement claims
  • Aadhaar card and recent passport size photographs
  • Study or residence certificate as proof of local status
  • OAMDC allotment order and payment receipts
Why This Matters

OAMDC handles the largest share of undergraduate admissions in Andhra Pradesh. The five day delay shifts the academic calendar for many colleges. Late reporting can also affect fee payment and hostel arrangements.
