BCECE 2026 Mop-Up Round Allotment Out; Check Reporting Deadline

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the BCECE 2026 mop-up round seat allotment result. The result covers the Agriculture and Joint PCM/PCB/PCMB streams. Candidates can check the allotment on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Allotted candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification. The reporting and admission window closes on September 9, 2026. Missing this deadline will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.

The mop-up round is the final counselling stage under BCECE 2026. It is held after the first and second rounds. Candidates who did not secure a seat earlier can still obtain admission through this round.

Groups Covered in the Mop-Up Round

The Agriculture group offers seats in bachelor’s programmes across Bihar’s state agriculture universities. It covers courses such as B.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries and Forestry. 

The Joint group covers professional courses under the PCM, PCB and PCMB subject combinations. These include Pharmacy, Paramedical and allied programmes.

How to Download the BCECE 2026 Mop-Up Allotment Result?

Allotted candidates must download the allotment order before reporting. The board has published a fresh advisory for the mop-up round.

1. Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the mop-up round allotment link for your group.
3. Log in using your user ID and password.
4. Check the allotted college and course displayed on the screen.
5. Download and print the provisional allotment order.

What Documents Are Required at Reporting?

Allotted candidates must carry a complete set of original documents and self-attested copies. The required documents include:

• BCECE 2026 rank card and admit card
• Provisional mop-up round allotment order
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Category, domicile and income certificates, where applicable
• Aadhaar card or another valid photo identity
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Choice slip and biometric consent form
