Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3 Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has opened Round 3 registration and choice filling for the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026. The window went live on October 3, 2026, on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can submit the application and lock choices as per the schedule issued by BCECEB.

Round 3 is the final seat allotment stage under the Bihar state quota this year. It covers MBBS, BDS, BVSc and fisheries courses across government and private colleges in Bihar.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for Round 3?

Only candidates who qualified in NEET UG 2026 can participate in this round. They must also meet the Bihar state domicile and reserved category rules set by BCECEB.

Candidates who did not get a seat in earlier rounds can register fresh. Those who already joined a seat must first use the resignation window before participating again.

How to Fill and Lock Choices?

Choice filling opens after successful registration on the portal. Candidates must select their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.

The locking deadline is October 9, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. Unlocked choices will be auto-locked at the deadline. Allotment runs on NEET UG rank and choice order.

Participating Courses in UGMAC 2026 Round 3

• MBBS seats in government and private medical colleges in Bihar.
• BDS seats in government and private dental colleges in the state.
• BVSc and Animal Husbandry seats in government veterinary colleges.
• BFSc seats in government fisheries colleges under the state quota.

UGMAC 2026 Round 3 Counselling Fee

BCECEB has fixed the counselling fee based on candidate category. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during the registration stage.

An additional security deposit applies when candidates choose private college seats. The amount varies by the type of institution opted for in choice filling.

Documents Required at the Verification Stage

Candidates must carry originals and self-attested copies for physical verification on October 16 or October 17. Missing documents can lead to loss of the allotted seat.

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and passing certificates
• Bihar domicile certificate
• Category certificate for reserved candidates, where applicable
• EWS certificate for the current year, if claimed
• Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
• Printout of the allotment order from the portal

How to Register for UGMAC 2026 Round 3?

The registration process runs fully online on the BCECEB website. Candidates should keep scanned documents and a recent photograph ready before starting the form.

1. Visit the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the UGMAC 2026 Round 3 registration link.
3. Enter the NEET UG 2026 roll number and required personal details.
4. Complete the online application form with academic information.
5. Upload scanned copies of certificates and a recent photograph.
6. Pay the counselling fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
7. Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.
