BIT Deoghar JoSAA/CSAB 2026 Reporting: Aug 13-18 at Campus

The Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra has released a reporting notice. It applies to allotted candidates at the BIT Deoghar off-campus. Allotments came through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 counselling.

Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) 2026 allottees are also included in the notice. Physical reporting will run from August 13 to 18, 2026. Candidates must appear at the Deoghar campus in Jasidih, Jharkhand.

Documents Required at Reporting

Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested copies. Missing paperwork may delay verification or cancel the allotted seat.

  • JoSAA or CSAB 2026 provisional seat allotment letter
  • Seat acceptance letter with online fee payment receipt
  • JEE Main 2026 scorecard and admit card
  • Class 10 marksheet and pass certificate as date-of-birth proof
  • Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
  • Valid photo ID such as Aadhaar or PAN
  • Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, or PwD claimants
