Birla Institute of Technology Mesra (BIT Mesra) has opened Special Round 10 admissions. This covers MTech, MPlan and MSc programmes for the 2026-27 session. Applications are open on the official ERP portal at erpportal.bitmesra.ac.in. The last date to apply is July 25, 2026.
This is the final window under the MO 2026 admission cycle. The institute began the process on May 1, 2026. Rounds one to four ran through June 7, 2026. Rounds five to ten opened from June 8 onwards.
Postgraduate seats are on offer across multiple BIT Mesra campuses. Off-campus MSc centres include Jaipur and Patna. The MTech and MPlan are offered at the Mesra campus.

Programmes on Offer
The MTech is available at Mesra in twelve specialisations. These include Aerospace, Computer Science, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The MPlan is a two-year urban planning programme at Mesra. MSc admissions cover six science disciplines across the three campuses.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Eligibility rules vary across the three programmes. Reserved category candidates receive a relaxation of five percent. GATE qualifiers from 2024, 2025 or 2026 are exempt from MTech screening. JAM or CUET qualifiers are exempt from the MSc screening test.

Round 10 is the last chance to enter BIT Mesra under MO 2026. Missing this deadline delays admission by one full academic session. Seats in this round depend on remaining vacancies across campuses.
