What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader”
I firmly believe in the above and in our organisation, our Chairman Sri Arun Poddar, Chief mentor Dr Subir Choudhury and Vice Chairman Mr Ayush Poddar always provide us with the inspiration and freedom to dream and work independently. We practice decentralisation of power with total authority and autonomy of independent thinking in every aspect. As a leader, I think it is my responsibility to guide my team members on the right path, help them to grow and to motivate them by highlighting their success. In my opinion, finding the right person for the right job is essential for the efficient functioning of the Institute. Also, I believe that for working in a team, everyone should respect the opinion of others and make all the team members feel comfortable by keeping away the hierarchical culture to achieve the maximum efficiency as a whole.
