As per the latest updates, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has begun the CAT 2020 Slot 1 examination at 8:30 am today. Slot 1 is scheduled to conclude by 10:30 am. 

CAT 2020 is being conducted by IIM Indore across 430 exam centers. The exam will be held in three slots for a total of 2,27,835 candidates. 

Slot 2 for CAT 2020 will be held between 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Candidates appearing for Slot 2 can check the CAT 2020 Slot 1 exam analysis and refer to the type of questions asked in the exam.  

All candidates appearing for CAT 2020 are required to carry their CAT 2020 Hall Ticket, ID Proof as well required documents.  

CAT 2020: Question Paper Breakdown 

CAT 2020 will have a total of 300 marks. The Question Paper breakdown is tabulated below:

  • Photo ID proof
  • Stationery Items: Pen, pencil, ruler, eraser etc. 
  • Medical Certificate 
  • Face Mask, Hand Sanitizer etc.  

CAT 2020 Slot 1: Exam Analysis

After completion of CAT 2020 Slot 1 Exam, candidates will be asked about their experiences with the exam questions as well as expectations from the score. According to responses recorded from the candidates, the Exam Analysis for CAT 2020 Slot 1 will be compiled. It is expected to be released by 11:30 am today, an hour prior to Slot 2 commencement.  

The Slot 1 Exam Analysis can be used for reference by candidates appearing for Slot 2 and Slot 3, for an understanding of the exam pattern and difficulty of questions.
