The CBSE has said that Compartment exams will be conducted as soon as the situation is conducive.

Many students said that they have failed by 2-4 marks in a particular subject. They are requesting CBSE to cancel the exams and award them grace marks, clearing their way or admission in colleges.

Meanwhile, a PIL has been filed before the Supreme Court against the compartment exams. As per the report, Advocate Shakti said, “My Prayer before the apex court seeks to either cancel exams or provisionally pass students so that they can apply for the admission in colleges, and conduct the exam later when the pandemic is over”.

The Apex Court is anticipated to hear the matter today i.e. July 31, 2020.
