CENTAC NEET MDS Round 2 Allotment 2026 Out; Check Last Date to Join

The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry has released the Round 2 allotment. The Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) 2026 provisional list is now live at centacpuducherry.in. It covers Post Graduate Dental seats under the Puducherry state quota.

Allotted candidates must join the assigned dental college by September 30, 2026. They must carry all original documents and the prescribed course fee. Failure to report within the window will forfeit the allotted seat.

The Round 2 provisional allotment was published on September 24, 2026. Candidates can log in with their application number and password. The allotment order can be downloaded directly from the candidate portal.

Documents Required at the Time of Joining

Candidates must carry originals and two sets of photocopies. Missing any document may lead to rejection at the college. Verification is done before the fee is accepted.

• NEET MDS 2026 admit card and scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree and mark sheets
• BDS internship completion certificate
• Dental Council of India or State Dental Council registration
• CENTAC application form and fee payment receipt
• Provisional allotment order printout from the portal
• Community, nativity, or income certificate if applicable
• Aadhaar card and recent passport size photographs
• Transfer certificate and conduct certificate from the last institute

How to Check the CENTAC NEET MDS Round 2 Allotment 2026?

The allotment result is available only on the official CENTAC portal. Candidates should avoid unofficial links circulating on social media. The steps below explain the correct process.

1. Visit the official CENTAC portal at centacpuducherry.in.
2. Click on the Round 2 allotment link for PG Dental.
3. Enter your application number and login password.
4. View the allotted college, course, and quota details.
5. Download and print the provisional allotment order.

How to Join the Allotted College?

Joining involves in-person reporting at the allotted institute. Online joining is not permitted for the PG Dental allotment. The college verifies documents before confirming admission.

1. Download and print the provisional allotment order.
2. Collect all original documents and two photocopy sets.
3. Arrange the course fee as per the college norms.
4. Report to the allotted college before September 30, 2026.
5. Complete admission formalities and pay the required fee.
6. Collect the joining acknowledgement from the college office.

What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Join?

The seat is treated as vacant and forfeited. Such seats move to the next counselling stage. The candidate also loses the CENTAC processing fee paid earlier.

Candidates unhappy with the allotted seat may skip joining. They can then wait for the mop-up round if announced. However, no fresh allotment is guaranteed after Round 2.
