DCE Kerala has announced online applications for the State Merit Scholarship 2025 and the Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities. Read the below article for relevant details.
DCE Kerala invites students to apply online for State Merit Scholarship 2024-25 and Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities. Eligible students for State Merit Scholarship (Fresh) must fill out the Google form by November 25, 2024.
The last date for students to apply online for Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities (Fresh and Renewal) is November 15, 2024. The last date for institution level online verification extended to November 30, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
State Merit Scholarship: The eligibility criteria for State Merit Scholarship are listed below:
- Should be a first-year student of Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses in Govt/ Aided colleges or University Departments.
- Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination.
- Family annual income should not exceed 1 Lakh. For Exemption of annual income based on merit, please see the notification.
Post-Matric Scholarship: The eligibility criteria for Post-Matric Scholarship are as follows:
- a) Should be the First Year student of
- Plus Two/ UG/ PG/ Ph.D Course of Higher Secondary School/ College/Institutes/ University, which is either a Govt/ Aided/Recognised Unaided Institution.
OR
- 11th Class/Technical/ Vocational Course of ITI/ITC Centres affiliated to NCVT.
OR
- Course, other than those listed under merit-cum-means scholarship scheme. The names of courses listed under Merit-cum-means scholarship are given in See Instructions for details.
- Plus Two/ UG/ PG/ Ph.D Course of Higher Secondary School/ College/Institutes/ University, which is either a Govt/ Aided/Recognised Unaided Institution.
- Should belong to a Minority Community (Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhist/ Sikh/ Zoroastrians or Parsis).
- Should have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous Board/ University Examination.
- The Annual Family Income should not exceed INR 2 Lakhs.
- Should not be availing any other Scholarship or Stipend.
Students who have applied manually for State Merit Scholarship 2024-25, must submit the Google form available @collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in. For Post-Matric Scholarship, candidates must apply for One Time Registration (OTR) to apply for a scholarship on the National Scholarship Portal (@scholarships.gov.in).
