KNRUHS has released the Telangana NEET UG 2026 final merit list for MBBS and BDS admissions under Competent Authority Quota. Phase 1 web options open from August 29 at 6 AM and close on September 1 at 12 noon on tsmedadm.tsche.in.
The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the Telangana NEET UG 2026 final merit list. The list covers MBBS and BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for the Academic Year 2026-27. Candidates can view the merit list on the official KNRUHS website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in. Phase 1 web option entry has also begun on tsmedadm.tsche.in from 6 AM on August 29, 2026.
The Phase 1 web option window will remain open until 12 noon on September 1, 2026. Only candidates named in the final merit list may submit their college and course choices. Seat allotment will follow based on NEET UG rank, category, and the preferences submitted online.

Who Is Eligible for Phase 1 Web Options?
Only candidates listed in the KNRUHS final merit list can enter web options in this phase. Eligibility is limited to applicants who registered on the KNRUHS portal between August 5 and August 12, 2026. The final merit list follows the grievance redressal window on the provisional list published on August 19, 2026.
How to Exercise Web Options on tsmedadm.tsche.in?
The Phase 1 option entry is a fully online process. Candidates should follow the steps below within the notified window.
- Visit the official portal at tsmedadm.tsche.in.
- Log in using the credentials created during KNRUHS registration.
- Read the Procedure to Exercise Web Options document on the portal.
- Select preferred MBBS and BDS colleges in the order of priority.
- Save and submit the choices before 12 noon on September 1, 2026.
Phase 1 decides who gets first pick of Telangana government MBBS and BDS seats. Missing this three-day window can push a candidate out of top state colleges for the 2026-27 session.
