How to Fill DU CSAS Phase 2 Preferences?
Candidates who have registered on the CSAS portal should follow these steps to complete preference filling:
- Visit the official portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
- Log in using the registered CSAS credentials.
- Open the Phase 2 preference-filling section.
- Select eligible programmes and colleges.
- Arrange preferences in descending order of priority.
- Review the choices carefully and submit the final preferences before July 11, 2026.
The university will display simulated ranks on July 12 at 5:00 pm. Based on these ranks, candidates can reorder their programme and college preferences between July 12 and July 13 before the first seat allocation is announced.
A large gap remains between registered candidates and those who have filled preferences. Nearly one lakh applicants are yet to submit their programme and college choices. Missing the July 11 deadline means losing out on Round 1 seat allotment entirely.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Complete Phase 2 registration on admission.uod.ac.in before July 11.
- Fill in as many valid programme and college preferences as possible.
- Check the simulated ranks on July 12 at 5:00 pm.
- Reorder preferences by July 13 if the simulated rank suggests a change.
- Keep CUET-UG scorecard, Class 12 marksheet, and category documents ready.
- Wait for the first allotment list on July 16 and accept the seat by July 18.
Watch the CSAS portal on July 12 for simulated ranks and on July 16 for the first seat allocation list. Colleges will begin document verification from July 17 onwards.
