The University of Delhi has extended the CSAS PG Spot Round 1 admission fee payment deadline to August 8, 2026. Allotted candidates can now pay the admission fee online through pgadmission.uod.ac.in to confirm their seats.
The University of Delhi (DU) has extended the Common Seat Allocation System Postgraduate (CSAS PG) Spot Round 1 admission fee payment deadline to August 8, 2026. The revised schedule was issued through an official notice on August 5, 2026 on the DU admissions portal at admission.uod.ac.in. Allotted candidates must now pay the admission fee online at pgadmission.uod.ac.in by the new deadline.
The fee payment window was earlier set to close on August 2, 2026 at 4:59 PM. The extension gives allotted candidates six additional days to complete the online payment. Candidates who fail to pay the admission fee within the revised window will lose their allotted seat in Spot Round 1.

Who Is Affected by the Extension?
The extension applies to all candidates who were allotted a postgraduate seat in the CSAS PG Spot Round 1. It covers seats allotted across all participating DU colleges and departments. Candidates whose applications have already been verified and approved by the college can now complete payment within the new window.
Candidates who accepted the seat but were unable to pay within the earlier deadline should log in without delay. Non-payment by August 8, 2026 will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

Allotted candidates can complete the fee payment by following the steps given below.
- Visit the official DU PG admission portal at pgadmission.uod.ac.in.
- Log in using the CSAS PG credentials.
- Open the Spot Round 1 seat allotment tab on the dashboard.
- Verify the allotted programme and college details on screen.
- Click the fee payment link and choose an online payment mode.
The Spot Round is the final admission stage in the DU CSAS PG cycle. Missing the fee window ends the candidate's chance of joining a DU postgraduate programme this session. The six-day extension is a rare second chance for allotted candidates.
