New Delhi: The Delhi University has announced Final Special Spot Round Allocation List for admission to its undergraduate courses for the academic session 2023-24. Students can check the allotment list on the official website of DU.
Candidates who wish to apply for admission to DU UG Courses 2023 could register for the final special spot round from September 25 to September 26, 2023 (till 11:59 PM). Candidates can accept the allocated seats from September 27 to September 28, 2023.
The University of Delhi has introduced a special spot admission round for select undergraduate courses and colleges. Those who have registered on the DU CSAS portal, admission.uod.ac.in, but haven't been assigned seats, can take part in this special spot round.
DU UG Special Spot Admission Round 2023 Eligibility
- Eligible candidates must choose 'Special Spot Admission' through the CSAS dashboard to join.
- Candidates who had previously applied for DU CSAS admission in 2023 but were not allocated a college when the special spot admission round was declared are eligible.
- Once the special spot admission round is announced, admitted candidates cannot withdraw their admissions.
- Those who secured seats in DU spot rounds 1 and 2 are eligible to participate.

As per the DU UG Spot Admission 2023 Schedule, the DU vacant seats were released on September 18 at 5 PM. The application commenced on September 18 till September 20, 2023. The Special Spot Allocation was declared on September 21 at 10 AM, and candidates were required to "Accept" their allocated seats from September 21 at 10 AM to September 22.
The colleges verified and approved the online applications from September 21 at 10 AM to September 23 at 4.59 PM. Finally, the last date for online payment of admission fees by candidates was September 24, up to 4:59 PM.
