Candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2025 and meet the state eligibility criteria are eligible to participate in Gujarat NEET PG Round 3 counselling. Only those completing online registration and physical document verification will be considered for seat allotment.

Candidates completing online registration must book a prior appointment for document verification. While printing the registration slip, applicants can choose their preferred help centre, date, and time.

It is important to note that help centres will remain closed on Sundays and government holidays, so candidates should plan their visit accordingly.

To complete registration, candidates are required to pay a total amount of ₹28,000, which includes:

  • ₹3,000 as a non-refundable PIN fee
  • ₹25,000 as a refundable security deposit

The committee has clarified that candidates who purchased the PIN in Round 1 or Round 2 but did not complete registration or verification do not need to pay the PIN fee again. They only need to complete document verification and submit photocopies at the help centre.

After completion of document verification, the counselling process will move towards seat allotment and admission confirmation based on merit, preferences, and seat availability. Candidates are advised to keep all original certificates and required photocopies ready for verification to avoid last-minute issues.
