ACPUGMEC has released the Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 revised provisional merit list 2026 at medadmgujarat.org. Shortlisted candidates must fill and lock choices by September 11 2026 up to 11 AM.
The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has released the Gujarat National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 Round 2 revised provisional merit list on the official website at medadmgujarat.org. The revised list covers MBBS and BDS admissions under the Gujarat state quota.
The committee has published separate merit lists for General, SC, ST, SEBC, and EWS categories. Separate PDFs have also been issued for NRI candidates, PWD sub-categories, and local quota lists for NHL and SMC. A list of ineligible candidates with reasons has also been uploaded on the portal.
Shortlisted candidates must complete the Round 2 choice filling process and lock their preferences by September 11, 2026, up to 11:00 AM. Candidates can view their filled choices till 12:00 Noon on the same date.

Candidates can follow the steps below to access the revised merit list PDF on the official portal.
- Visit the ACPUGMEC official website at medadmgujarat.org.
- Open the UG Admission section on the homepage.
- Click the link for Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 Provisional Merit List 2026.
- Select the PDF for your category, such as General, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, NRI, PWD, or local quota.
- Download the file and save a copy for future reference.

What Has Changed in Round 2?
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has increased the intake of Ananya College of Medicine and Research, Kalol, Gandhinagar, by 50 MBBS seats. These additional seats will be included in the Round 2 allotment once the Letter of Permission is received.
From Round 2 onwards, only original documents will be accepted at Help Centres. DigiLocker documents and photocopies will not be considered valid during document verification.
Vacant seats in reserved categories will be transferred to the unreserved category during Round 2. Vacant NRI quota seats will be converted into Management quota seats with the applicable fee structure.

The revised merit list adds a fresh batch of 50 MBBS seats at Ananya College of Medicine and Research. This gives Round 2 candidates a wider pool of choices before the choice locking window shuts.
