HSTES conducts centralised online counselling for AICTE-approved technical courses in Haryana. The five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme is regulated by the Council of Architecture (COA).

Admission for the 2026-27 academic session is purely rank-based. HSTES accepts NATA 2026 scores or JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 ranks. Candidates must have a valid score from either examination for the current admission cycle.
