The first ICSI CS Executive Entry Test, CSEET, will be conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on August 29, 2020.
The entrance test will be carried out in remote mode due to a pandemic.
The entrance examinations, which were previously scheduled to take place in July 2020, were postponed due to a lockdown in the country.
In an online notification, the ICSE stated that all candidates eligible for the entrance exams will be allowed to enter the entrance test via a laptop or desktop from the comfort of their homes, although students will not be allowed to attend the exams via smartphones.

Examination Pattern
With the COVID-19 lockdown, the institute has introduced a number of changes to the examination pattern. The Multiple Choice Section of the examinations will remain the same for the examinations, although the Viva Voce section will not apply to the first CSEET 2020 examinations. Paper 4 of the examinations will be carried out for 50 marks, which will cover various issues related to current affairs, presentation and communication skills.
June and December Sessions of Exam Merged
In a recent notification, the ICSI also announced the merger of the CS examinations in June 2020 and the CS examinations in December 2020. Students scheduled to attend the June 2020 session will now be able to attend the December exams.
