Step 1- EOI Stage: Candidates must fill out the Expression of Interest(EOI) form online.

Step 2- Form A: Once the EOI form is found suitable, the candidates will receive a unique FAN number via mail. The FAN number is required for uploading and logging in to the Form-A Site Online. The candidates must upload transcripts, certificates, and publications and make project selections.

Step 3- Short listing of Candidates for Interview: After Form A is admitted, the candidates will receive an interview invitation. 

Step 4- Interviews and successful candidates: After the interview round, the candidates will be notified about the interview results via mail.
