New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has recently unveiled its latest offering - the eMasters in Business Leadership program. The Department of Economics Sciences has designed the program to provide professionals with a deep understanding of modern business dynamics.

Aspirants who wish to apply for the program will not have to appear for the GATE examination. The IIT Kanpur said, “The program will equip modern leaders to navigate technological advancements, shifting consumer behaviors, and the digital transformation of industries. The students will also be able to understand digital strategies, data-driven insights, and agile decision-making.”'

IIT Kanpur eMasters Course Curriculum

The course curriculum consists of a 60-credit structure that comprises 3 core modules, 10 technology-oriented modules, and a capstone Project. Students will also get access to IIT Kanpur's placement cell, incubation cell, and alumni network.

It also mentioned that while preparing the program, an immersive learning format was incorporated. Aspirants will also be able to visit the IIT Campus which will help them to form connections with eminent faculty and experienced professionals.

According to the institute, research indicates that 52% of companies experienced heightened worker productivity, with 49% achieving improved performance upon adopting digital infrastructure. Listed below is the eligibility criteria that candidates need to fullfill to apply for IIT Kanpur eMasters:

Bachelor's Degree (4 years program) or a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or 5.5/10 CPI.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience (You need not be currently employed to be eligible).
Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
