The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, has released the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) 2026 counselling seat allotment cards. Candidates can download the allotment letter from the official portal at cetmat.formflix.com.
The allotment card names the college, course, and category assigned to the candidate. It also carries the reporting date and the admission fee payable at the institute.
JEMAT is the state-level entrance test for MBA and PGDM programmes at MAKAUT-affiliated colleges in West Bengal. The choice-filling window on the counselling portal closed on July 11, 2026.

Documents to Carry During Institute Reporting
Candidates must carry the allotment letter and all originals to the allotted institute. Photocopies of each document should also be kept ready.
- Printed JEMAT 2026 allotment letter
- JEMAT 2026 admit card and rank card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
- Graduation degree and consolidated mark sheet
- Government-issued photo identity proof
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Category or PwD certificate, where applicable
- Admission fee as mentioned on the allotment letter
What Happens if a Candidate Skips Reporting?
A candidate who fails to report by the printed date forfeits the allotted seat. The seat then moves back to the vacancy pool for the next counselling round.
Candidates unhappy with the allotted college may wait for the next round. However, they must still report and pay the fee to stay eligible for upgradation.
The allotment card is the single document that locks a seat. Missing the reporting window cancels the allotment, even if the candidate has a high rank.
