The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, is closing the option registration window for the Kerala Law Entrance Examination (KLEE) 2026 Three-Year LLB Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) today. Candidates in the rank list must lock their college and course preferences on the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in by 11:59 PM on August 12, 2026.
The option registration is a mandatory step for CAP. Only candidates who submit valid options within the deadline will be considered for seat allotment. The Provisional Rank List for the 3-Year LLB course was published on July 14, 2026.

KLEE 2026 CAP Registration Fee
Candidates must pay the CAP registration fee online before saving their options. The fee cannot be modified once paid. It is refundable only if no seat is allotted; otherwise, it is treated as a penalty.

How to Register Options for KLEE 2026 3-Year LLB CAP?
The option registration must be completed on the candidate portal within the deadline. Candidates should keep their application number and password ready. The steps are listed below.
- Visit the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in and open the Three Year LL.B 2026 Candidate Portal.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- Pay the CAP registration fee online through the payment gateway.
- Select the colleges and courses in order of preference.
- Save and submit the options before 11:59 PM on August 12, 2026.
- Take a printout of the confirmation page for personal records.
The CEE has clarified that printouts of the application, acknowledgement, or option pages must not be sent to its office by post. Only the online submission is treated as valid.

Which Colleges Come Under KLEE 3-Year LLB CAP?
The Centralised Allotment Process for the Three-Year LLB programme covers four Government Law Colleges in Kerala. It also covers government merit seats in around 20 private self-financing law colleges in the state.
