The MAH BCA CET 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 4 option form filling window closes today. Eligible candidates must submit or edit their choices at bca2026.mahacet.org by the end of September 5, 2026. The provisional fourth seat allotment result will be released on September 7, 2026.

MAH BCA CET is the state-level entrance examination for admission to Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) programmes across affiliated colleges in Maharashtra. CAP Round 4 uses the vacant seats remaining after the first three CAP rounds.

Candidates should note that the CAP Round 4 option form window and the institute-level admission window are separate processes. The CAP Round 4 process is centralised and merit-based, while institute-level admissions depend on vacancies available at individual colleges.

What Happens After the Option Form Window Closes?

The CET Cell will process all confirmed option forms after the submission window closes. Seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s merit rank and submitted college preferences. Candidates can check their allotment status on September 7, 2026, through the candidate login.

Allotted candidates must accept the allotted seat within the stipulated window and pay the required fees online. They will then need to report to the allotted institute with their original documents.

1. Visit the official portal at bca2026.mahacet.org.
2. Click on the Candidate Login tab on the homepage.
3. Enter the application number and password to sign in.
4. Open the provisional vacant seat list for Round 4.
5. Add preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
6. Review the entered preferences carefully before locking them.
7. Confirm the option form to complete the online submission.
8. Save and print the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.

Who Should Fill the Round 4 Option Form?

All registered MAH BCA CET 2026 candidates who remain unallotted are eligible to fill the Round 4 option form. Candidates allotted a lower-preference seat in an earlier round may also participate. However, candidates already admitted through CAP with a frozen seat cannot submit the Round 4 option form.

Fresh registrations were opened earlier for candidates who missed the initial application window. Such candidates may also submit their choices in Round 4 if their application forms have been verified. The CET Cell has also published a fresh provisional vacancy list for this round.
