The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) issued Notice No. 27 on October 17, 2026. The notice revises the MAH NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round 1 schedule. The revised schedule is available at the official portal, medical2026.mahacet.org. Online choice filling begins on October 17, 2026. The window closes on October 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Notice No. 26 had cancelled the earlier Notice No. 23 schedule. The stray round fills vacant MBBS and BDS seats. These seats remain after Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3. The first stray allotment list is set for October 19, 2026.

Who Is Eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round?
All NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can participate in the stray round. The candidate must have registered under the Maharashtra CAP earlier. Candidates currently holding a joined seat are not eligible. Fresh choice filling and locking are mandatory for every candidate.
Candidates allotted a seat must report to the allotted college with original documents. The admission fee must be paid at the time of joining. Failure to report by October 21 at 5:30 PM will cancel the allotment.

How to Fill Choices for the MAH NEET UG Stray Round?
Candidates must visit the official MAH NEET UG portal. They should log in using their existing CAP registration credentials. The link to the portal is medical2026.mahacet.org. Candidates must enter fresh college and course preferences. Preferences submitted during CAP Round 3 stand cancelled.
