The round covers vacant Doctor of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) super speciality seats.

This round is the final phase of NEET SS 2025 all-India counselling. It follows the earlier stray vacancy round conducted by MCC. Seats remaining after this round will not be carried forward to the next cycle.
