The MHT CET MTech CAP 2026 provisional merit list is now live at me2026.mahacet.org. Candidates must raise grievances about incorrect data by 5:00 PM on July 31, 2026. The window will not reopen after today.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra, has released the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Master of Technology (MTech) Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 provisional merit list. The list is now live on the official portal at me2026.mahacet.org.
Candidates can log in with their credentials to check their merit rank. The grievance window against the list closes at 5:00 PM today. No correction requests will be accepted after July 31, 2026.
The CAP is the centralised route for MTech admissions in Maharashtra. Government, aided, and unaided engineering colleges fill seats through this process. Candidates are ranked by category, group, and specialisation in the merit list.

How to Check the MHT CET MTech CAP 2026 Provisional Merit List?
The list is available only through the candidate login. Follow the steps given below to view the merit rank.
- Visit the official portal at me2026.mahacet.org.
- Click on the candidate login link on the home page.
- Enter your application ID and password to sign in.
- Open the provisional merit list section on the dashboard.
- Download or print the merit slip for future reference.

How to Raise a Grievance Against the Provisional Merit List?
Candidates who spot errors in their personal or academic data can file a grievance. The request must be submitted through the candidate login only. The window closes at 5:00 PM today.
- Log in to me2026.mahacet.org with your credentials.
- Open the grievance section on the candidate dashboard.
- Select the field that needs correction from the list.
- Upload supporting documents wherever the system asks for proof.
- Submit the request and save the acknowledgement receipt.

What Happens After the Grievance Window Closes?
The CET Cell will review each grievance filed by candidates. The final merit list will be published after all corrections are processed.
ACAP and Non-CAP registration will begin soon after the final list. Seat allotment rounds will follow the final ranking.
After 5:00 PM today, no data change requests will be accepted. Any error left uncorrected will carry into the final merit list. It can then affect the seat allotment stage.
