MHT CET MTech CAP 2026 Round 3 Allotment Out; Check Seat Acceptance and Reporting Window

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the MHT CET Master of Technology (MTech) Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 Round 3 allotment result. The provisional result went live on August 27, 2026. Candidates can check their status at me2026.mahacet.org.

Seat acceptance and institute reporting will run from August 28 to August 30, 2026. Allotted candidates must confirm their seats within this window. First-time allottees must also pay the seat acceptance fee online. Missing the deadline will lead to seat cancellation.

How to Check the Round 3 Allotment Result?

Candidates can view their allotment on the official admission portal. The direct link is active for all Round 3 participants. Follow these steps to access the result:

1. Visit the official website at me2026.mahacet.org.
2. Click on the CAP Round 3 allotment status link.
3. Enter the application number and password to log in.
4. View the allotted institute and specialisation on the screen.
5. Download the provisional allotment letter for future reference.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat?

Seat acceptance must be completed online through the candidate login. Candidates allotted a seat for the first time must pay the seat acceptance fee.

The fee is INR 1,000 for open-category candidates and INR 500 for reserved-category candidates.

Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. After payment, candidates must download the seat acceptance receipt. They must then report to the allotted institute with all original documents.

What Documents Are Needed at Reporting?

Candidates must carry the originals and self-attested copies of all required documents. The allotted institute will verify them before confirming admission. Missing documents may lead to seat forfeiture.

• MHT CET 2026 scorecard and admit card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Qualifying degree mark sheets and passing certificate
• Provisional seat allotment letter
• Category, caste validity, and non-creamy layer certificates, if applicable
• Domicile certificate
• Aadhaar card
• Passport-size photographs
