The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (MP NEET UG) 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result on the official portal at dme.mponline.gov.in. Allotted candidates must report to their allotted medical or dental college between September 12 and September 18, 2026. The final reporting deadline is 6:00 PM on September 18, 2026.
Candidates can download the Round 2 allotment letter by logging in with their NEET UG 2026 roll number and password. The allotment covers government and private MBBS and BDS seats across Madhya Pradesh. Physical reporting at the allotted institute is mandatory to confirm admission.

How to Check MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Allotment Result?
Allotted candidates can follow these steps to view and download their allotment letter. The portal accepts NEET UG 2026 login credentials.
- Visit the official portal at dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Click on the Round 2 seat allotment result link on the homepage.
- Enter the NEET UG 2026 roll number and password.
- View the allotted college, course and category details on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a printout for reporting.

Documents Required for Reporting
Candidates must carry the following documents in original, along with two attested photocopy sets. Missing documents can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
- DME Round 2 allotment letter
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
- Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate for state quota seats
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar or passport
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Tuition fee payment proof for the current academic year

What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Report by September 18?
Candidates who fail to report to the allotted college by 6:00 PM on September 18, 2026, will lose their Round 2 seat. Such candidates may also be barred from participating in further rounds, subject to DME rules. The vacant seats will be added to the mop-up round seat pool.
Round 2 is the last chance to lock a preferred government MBBS or BDS seat in Madhya Pradesh through the main counselling. Only mop-up and stray vacancy rounds remain after this stage for unfilled seats.

- Download the allotment letter from dme.mponline.gov.in immediately.
- Arrange all original documents and two sets of attested photocopies.
- Pay the first-year tuition fee as per the allotted college.
- Travel to the allotted institute well before September 18, 2026.
