DME Madhya Pradesh has released the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 provisional merit list on dme.mponline.gov.in. Choice filling is open until September 9 and seat allotment will follow on September 11.

The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh has released the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 merit list. The document is now available on the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in.
The merit list contains the roll numbers of candidates eligible for Round 2. It is available as a public PDF, and no login credentials are required to access it. Candidates should search for their roll number in the document to confirm their status.
The Round 2 choice-filling process opened on September 7, 2026. The window will close at 11:59 PM on September 9, 2026. Submitting fresh choices is mandatory for every candidate participating in the second round.
Choices submitted during Round 1 will not carry forward. Candidates who fail to lock their preferences before the deadline will not be considered for Round 2 seat allotment. The seat matrix and vacancy list are also publicly available on the counselling portal.
Round 2 includes seats in state government medical and dental colleges. Seats at private medical and dental colleges under the state quota are also covered. Both MBBS and BDS aspirants can participate in this round.

Who Is Eligible for MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2?
Round 2 is open to candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026. Both fresh candidates and Round 1 participants can take part.
- Candidates who completed fresh registration between September 5 and 6, 2026
- Round 1 non-allottees who wish to participate again
- Candidates who took a free exit from their Round 1 allotted seat
- Candidates seeking an upgrade from their Round 1 seat

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry all original documents to the allotted college. They should also bring photocopies for the college admission file.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
- MP counselling registration slip and Round 2 allotment letter

How to Check the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Merit List?
The Round 2 merit list PDF is publicly accessible on the DME MP portal. Candidates do not need login credentials to view it.
- Visit the official portal at dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Open the Round 2 notifications section on the homepage.
- Click the “Common Merit List Second Round 2026” link.
- Download the PDF and search for your NEET UG roll number.
- Save a copy for use during the choice-filling process.

How to Fill Choices for MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2?
Registered candidates must submit and lock their college preferences before 11:59 PM on September 9, 2026. Choices that are not locked will not be considered for seat allotment.
- Log in to the DME MP counselling portal using your credentials.
- Open the Choice Filling tab on the candidate dashboard.
- Add preferred colleges and courses in the desired order.
- Review the complete preference order carefully.
- Click “Lock Choices” and download the confirmation page.

Round 1 preferences do not carry over this year. Every Round 2 candidate must fill fresh choices on the portal. Missing the lock deadline means no allotment in this round.

- Check the latest vacancy position across MBBS and BDS colleges.
- Prepare a fresh preference order based on current vacancies.
- Log in and lock your choices before 11:59 PM on September 9.

The Round 2 seat allotment result is due on September 11 at dme.mponline.gov.in. Reporting at allotted colleges closes at 6 PM on September 18.
