Though the IDOL spokesperson Mr. Vinod Malale said that the cause of the glitch is yet to be detected. The problem faced by B.A. and B.Com students is too large in numbers, though the B.Sc. candidates have successfully completed their examination.
As the total number of unsuccessful candidates from B.Com and BA final year examinations also has not been detected, the Distance learning authority decided to retake the examinations for all the candidates.
