Odisha NEET UG Round 3 Seat Matrix 2026 Out; Check Vacant MBBS and BDS Seats

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released Round 3 Seat Matrix. It appears at ojee.nic.in on the medical counselling portal. The matrix covers vacant MBBS and BDS state quota seats. Round 3 offers 204 vacant MBBS seats in private colleges. It also lists 13 government BDS seats and 89 private BDS seats. Fresh registration for Round 3 closes on September 29, 2026.

Odisha NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round Wise Progress

The Odisha Neet UG Round 1 and Round 2 counselling have already concluded this year. Most government MBBS seats got filled in the earlier two rounds. Round 3 mainly opens private college MBBS and BDS options for candidates.

Who Is Eligible for Odisha NEET UG Round 3 2026?

All NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates with Odisha domicile can apply. Fresh candidates and Round 2 non allotted candidates remain eligible. Round 1 and Round 2 allotted candidates who skipped joining are barred.

Candidates already admitted in Round 2 can opt for upgradation. They need not register afresh for Round 3 participation. Upgraded candidates must join the newly allotted college within the deadline.

How to Register for Odisha NEET UG Round 3 2026?

Fresh candidates must finish registration by September 29 2026. The counselling fee is Rs 1000 and non refundable. Payment is accepted via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

1. Visit ojee.nic.in and open the Round 3 notice.
2. Click on the fresh registration link for MBBS BDS counselling.
3. Fill in the NEET UG 2026 roll number and personal details.
4. Pay the counselling fee of Rs 1000 through online modes.
5. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation slip for records.

Documents Required for Round 3

Candidates need scanned copies of key certificates during registration. All uploaded files should be clear and in the prescribed size format.

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Class 12 passing certificate
• Odisha domicile or resident certificate
• Caste certificate for reserved category candidates
• Recent passport size photograph and signature
• Aadhaar card or valid photo ID proof

What Happens After Round 3 Seat Allotment?

Allotted candidates must download the provisional allotment letter first. They must report to the assigned college within the given window.

Reporting requires original documents and payment of college fees. Failure to report on time cancels the seat automatically. The seat then moves to the next vacancy pool.

2. Complete fresh registration before September 29, 2026 ends.
3. Pay the Rs 1000 counselling fee through online modes.
4. Wait for the state merit list on October 1, 2026.
