OJEEC has extended the last date for document upload and part admission fee payment for Round 2 allotted candidates under B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan and Int.MSc to July 22, 2026 at ojee.nic.in. Earlier deadline was July 19.
The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEEC) has extended the deadline for OJEE 2026 Round 2 document upload and fee payment. Candidates can now complete the process through the official website, ojee.nic.in, until July 22, 2026.
The earlier deadline was July 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The extension applies to candidates allotted seats in the OJEE 2026 Round 2 seat allotment. The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee conducts counselling for undergraduate admissions in Odisha.
The extension applies to four undergraduate streams under OJEE 2026:
- B.Tech
- B.Arch
- B.Plan
- Integrated MSc
All candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must complete the required admission formalities before July 22, 2026.

Who Is Affected by the OJEE 2026 Deadline Extension?
The extension applies only to candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 2. Both fresh Round 2 allottees and candidates who selected the Float option in Round 1 must complete the required formalities.
The deadline extension applies to the following undergraduate programmes:
- B.Tech
- B.Arch
- B.Plan
- Integrated MSc
Candidates applying for programmes outside these streams are not covered by this notice. The counselling schedules for Special OJEE and other programmes will follow their respective timelines.

How to Upload Documents and Pay the Fee on ojee.nic.in?
The entire admission process must be completed online through the official OJEE portal. Candidates should follow the steps below carefully:
- Visit the official OJEE portal at ojee.nic.in.
- Log in using the OJEE 2026 application number and password.
- Open the Round 2 seat allotment section on the dashboard.
- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format and size.
- Pay the part admission fee through the online payment gateway.
- Select the Freeze or Float option according to your preference.
- Download and save the confirmation slip for future reference.

OJEE 2026 Part Admission Fee Structure
The part admission fee varies according to the candidate’s category. The payment must be completed through the online payment facility available on the OJEE portal.

Documents Required for OJEE 2026 Round 2 Upload
Candidates should keep scanned copies of all required documents ready before starting the upload process. Each document must meet the file format and size requirements mentioned on the portal.
The required documents include:
- OJEE 2026 admit card and rank card
- Class 10 mark sheet and pass certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and pass certificate
- Category certificate, wherever applicable
- Nativity or residence certificate for Odisha state quota seats
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Scanned signature
- Valid photo identity proof, such as an Aadhaar card
What Is the Freeze or Float Option?
Freeze Option
Candidates selecting the Freeze option accept their currently allotted seat. They will not be considered for seat upgradation in Round 3.
The allotted college and branch will be locked, and the candidate will proceed with admission to the existing seat.
Float Option
Candidates selecting the Float option temporarily accept their current seat while remaining eligible for upgradation in Round 3.
If a higher-preference college or branch is allotted in the next round, the candidate’s existing seat will be replaced. Until a better seat is allotted, the current seat remains protected.

What Happens If You Miss the OJEE 2026 Deadline?
Candidates who fail to complete the document upload, fee payment and seat acceptance formalities by July 22, 2026, may lose their allotted seat.
The vacant seat may then be included in the Round 3 seat allotment pool. Requests or individual appeals submitted after the deadline are generally not accepted by the counselling authority.
OJEEC has now pushed deadlines in both Round 1 and Round 2 this cycle. The pattern signals heavy portal traffic and candidate delays. Students should treat July 22 as final and not wait further.
