Pune Colleges and Universities To Take Undergraduate Admissions Via Online Mode

The admission process for Pune colleges under non-professional graduate courses will take place online this year. 

Private colleges like Bharati Vidyapeeth that use to conduct entrance exams for the admission are also likely to go online this year.

On the other hand, Savitribai Phule Pune University, will adopt a merit-based system for admission for its blended Undergraduate courses instead of going for an entrance test.

The SSPU Registrar, Prafulla Pawar said, "For graduates, different universities have different ways of evaluation and there is no such uniformity in the process. However, to conduct the entrance exams for master courses, a committee is looking into the ways to conduct it at its best."

Due to the worldwide pandemic situation and their effect, there are many new facilities and services added by the university and colleges so that students give their best in the education stream.
