Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Stray Round Counselling Begins; Check Steps to Register

The Medical and Dental Admission Board, Rajasthan (MDAB) has started registration. The Stray Round for NEET UG 2026 state quota counselling begins today. The announcement was made on October 17, 2026. Candidates can register online at ug.neetrajasthan.com.

The Board has published two official notifications on the portal. These cover the complete schedule and the stray round process. Candidates must read both documents in full before applying. The round offers residual MBBS and BDS seats under state quota.

About the Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Stray Round

The Stray Vacancy Round is the fourth and final round. It fills seats left vacant after the earlier three rounds. Government, private, and deemed colleges in Rajasthan take part. Only state quota seats are offered through this portal.

Rajasthan offers 3,866 MBBS and 806 BDS state quota seats in total. The exact vacant seat count will be shared on the portal. Candidates can view the final seat matrix before locking choices. The Board updates the matrix at every stage.

Who Is Eligible for the Stray Round?

Only NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can apply in this round. They must also meet Rajasthan state quota eligibility rules. The Board has set clear conditions in the notification. Candidates should verify every clause before paying any fee. A valid NEET UG 2026 qualifying scorecard is mandatory. Rajasthan domicile or bonafide certificate is required. Prior registration in state counselling is needed.
