TISS PG Admission 2026 Opens May 12 for CUET PG Qualified Students

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced the opening of its postgraduate admission registration for 2026, starting May 12, 2026. Candidates who have secured valid CUET PG 2026 scores can now apply online through the official TISS admissions portal at admissions.tiss.ac.in.

The application window will remain open until May 22, 2026, with the last date for fee payment also set for the same date. Interested candidates must complete their registration and submit all required documents within this timeframe.

TISS PG Admission 2026 is open for multiple postgraduate programmes across its four campuses: Mumbai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, and Tuljapur.

Candidates must possess a valid CUET PG 2026 score to be eligible for admission to most programmes. The admission process will follow a merit-based selection system with multiple merit lists announced at different stages. Candidates selected in earlier merit lists can secure their seats by paying the required fees within the specified deadlines.

How to Apply for TISS PG Admission 2026?

• Candidates must visit the official TISS admissions website at admissions.tiss.ac.in to begin the application process.
• They should fill in all required personal and academic details accurately in the online application form.
• After completing the form, candidates must proceed to pay the application fee through available payment methods including credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
• A confirmation receipt will be generated after successful payment, which should be saved for future reference and document verification.

Documents Required for TISS PG Admission 2026

Applicants must have their CUET PG 2026 admit card and score card ready before starting the application process. Educational certificates including bachelor's degree marksheets, transcripts, and degree certificate are mandatory for verification.

Candidates should also prepare their valid identity proof such as Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID for document verification at the respective campus.

Category certificates (if applicable), caste certificate, and any other relevant documents as specified in the admission brochure must be kept ready for submission during the verification process.

Merit List and Admission Process Timeline

TISS will announce multiple merit lists based on CUET PG scores and programme-specific criteria. Candidates selected in Merit List-I will have a specific deadline to pay fees and secure their seats.

If seats remain vacant after Merit List-I, Merit List-II will be announced with another application window. Similarly, Merit List-III will be released for remaining vacancies, providing multiple opportunities for qualified candidates to secure admission.

After document verification, candidates must complete all admission formalities as per TISS guidelines to finalize their enrollment. Orientation sessions for the new batch will be conducted at all four campuses before the commencement of classes.
