Colleges Covered Under Tripura NEET UG Round 2
The Round 2 seat matrix includes seats from three medical colleges in the state. It also covers dental and AYUSH institutions participating in Tripura state counselling.

- Tripura Medical College (TMC), Hapania
- Tripura Santiniketan Medical College (TSMC)

Who Can Participate in Tripura NEET UG Round 2?
Tripura NEET UG Round 2 is open to candidates who have registered for Tripura state counselling and qualified NEET UG 2026. It includes fresh applicants, candidates not allotted seats in Round 1, and candidates who exited their Round 1 allotment within the prescribed deadline.
Candidates who joined a college in Round 1 but did not opt for upgradation cannot participate in fresh choice filling for Round 2. The provisional merit list published on the TRMCC portal contains the names of candidates eligible for the current counselling round.

Tripura conducts a fully state-level counselling for the 85 percent state quota MBBS and BDS seats. The 15 percent All India Quota seats are handled separately by the Medical Counselling Committee at the national level.
