What Happens If You Are Not Satisfied with the Allotted Seat?
Candidates who are not satisfied with the Phase 1 seat allotment can skip the fee payment and participate in Phase 2 counselling.
Candidates who accept the allotted seat but wish to get a better college or branch may also participate in Phase 2 through the internal sliding option.
The Phase 2 web option entry will begin on July 17, 2026, while the Phase 2 seat allotment result will be released on July 22, 2026.
Candidates who did not register during the earlier counselling window may also receive a fresh registration opportunity, subject to an official notification from TGCHE.
