What Is the Reporting Process for Phase 2 Candidates?
The reporting process consists of online self-reporting through the counselling portal and physical reporting at the allotted college.
Candidates must first pay the tuition fee mentioned in the allotment order. Payment can be completed through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI. The payment receipt must be presented during physical reporting.
At the allotted college, officials will verify the original documents against the uploaded copies. After successful verification, the candidate’s admission to the LLM programme will be confirmed. The college will issue a signed reporting slip after completing the process.

What Happens If a Candidate Fails to Report?
Candidates who do not complete the reporting process within the deadline will lose their Phase 2 allotted seat. The vacant seat will subsequently be included in the Final Phase seat pool. Such candidates may also become ineligible for Final Phase counselling.
Candidates seeking an upgrade must first report to the currently allotted college. Skipping the reporting process can block further participation in counselling.
Note: The stated reporting window of September 15 to September 17, 2026 conflicts with the stated last reporting date of September 16, 2026. This date should be checked against the official counselling notice before publication.
Phase 2 is the last major stage before the Final Phase for LLM aspirants in Telangana. Around 5,200 candidates registered for LLM under TS PGLCET this year. Missing the September 16 deadline directly closes the door on Final Phase eligibility.
