The Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has declared the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result. UPTAC 2026 Seat Confirmation Fee

Allotted candidates must pay the seat confirmation fee to lock their seat. The fee amount depends on the candidate’s category, as prescribed under the official norms. Payment is accepted only through online modes available on the counselling portal.

Online Willingness Options After Allotment

Every allotted candidate must submit an online willingness option before the deadline. The selected option determines whether the candidate will continue in the further counselling rounds. The following three options are available on the portal:

• Freeze: Accept the allotted seat and exit from further rounds of counselling.
• Float: Accept the current seat but remain eligible for a better seat in subsequent rounds.
• Withdrawal: Exit the UPTAC 2026 counselling process completely and claim a refund of the seat acceptance fee, as per the applicable rules.

3. Check the Round 1 seat allotment status displayed on the dashboard.
4. Select a willingness option: Freeze, Float, or Withdrawal.
5. Pay the applicable seat confirmation fee through the online payment gateway.
6. Download the seat allotment letter and payment receipt for future reference.
