WBJEE BPharm Counselling 2026 Key Details

The board has released a separate BPharm-only counselling schedule. Candidates should review the following important details before completing the registration process.

WBJEE BPharm Counselling 2026 Rounds and Process

WBJEEB conducts the BPharm counselling through a centralised online process. Candidates who successfully complete registration will participate in three sequential rounds of seat allotment.

Round 1: The first seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s merit rank, submitted preferences and seat availability.

Round 2: This will be an upgradation round for candidates seeking a better college or course option.

Mop-Up Round: This will be the final counselling round to fill the seats remaining vacant after the first two rounds.

Candidates must lock their choices before the prescribed deadline. Choices that remain unlocked at the end of the choice-filling window will be automatically locked by the system.

The board has advised candidates to register at least 20 college-course combinations to improve their chances of receiving a preferred seat allotment.
