Woxsen University has announced the final placement results for its MBA 2024-26 batch, recording a strong placement season with the highest package reaching INR 28 LPA, marking a 47% increase compared to previous years. The placement drive witnessed participation from 151 recruiters, reflecting growing industry confidence in the university’s management programmes and industry-oriented curriculum. The placements offered students opportunities across consulting, BFSI, technology, FMCG, telecom, healthcare, e-commerce, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

The highest package of INR 28 LPA was secured by Sara Hazel Philip from the MBA Business Analytics programme. She was placed at Silicon Labs for the role of Office of CIO – Project Manager. The placement season also recorded strong compensation growth, with the overall average package standing at INR 10.10 LPA and the median package at INR 9.20 LPA, indicating balanced salary distribution across the batch.

Recruiter Participation Sees Strong Growth

The placement process saw participation from 151 recruiters, up from 133 companies last year, marking a 13.5% rise in recruiter engagement. Around 84% of participating recruiters were listed companies and multinational corporations, highlighting the increasing industry relevance of Woxsen’s MBA programmes.

The Woxsen University added 71 new marquee recruiters while also retaining several leading companies for repeat hiring. Major recruiters included Silicon Labs, IBM, UBS, Oracle, Deloitte, KPMG, Mastercard, Nestlé India, Asian Paints, Flipkart, Airtel, and Adani Group.

Recruiter Participation Sees Strong Growth

Sector-wise Hiring Trends

Recruitment was spread across multiple sectors including consulting, BFSI, technology, FMCG, telecom, healthcare, infrastructure, e-commerce, and real estate. Finance and consulting emerged as the largest hiring domains, accounting for 40% of total placements.

Management and strategic roles contributed 25% of placements, while sales, marketing, and client-facing roles accounted for 16%. The remaining offers came from HR, analytics, research, market intelligence, and technology-focused roles. The placement trends reflected strong demand for management graduates with analytical, strategic, and business problem-solving skills.

The MBA 2024-26 placement season at Woxsen University highlighted strong recruiter confidence, improved salary packages, and growing industry partnerships. The 47% jump in the highest package, rise in recruiter participation, and opportunities across diverse sectors demonstrate the university’s expanding presence in management education and corporate hiring.
