How is the girls hostel at MNNIT Allahabad?
MNNIT Allhabad has two girls hostels. Students of B.Tech lives in Kamla Nehru Girla Hostel. The hostel is located in the colony area outside the Saraswati gate.
MNNIT hostels for girls are two-seater. Although the rooms aren’t very spacious, after a while you will get used to them. The washrooms are hygienic and cleaned regularly.
The mess food isn’t too bad. They offer 4 meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
There is no wifi, but each room has LAN connection. Usually, there is one LAN port, so you will have to share it with your roommate.
The hostels are safe. There are security guards present at all times. The in-time for first-year girls is 8:30 pm while for second year onwards, the in-time is 9:30 pm. Extensions are given during fests.
Other than the inconvenience of a few lizards and insects, the hostel facilities are pretty good.

Well, assuming that your 1st preference is CS at Pilani. EEE at Pilani is arguably one of the most difficult branches out there. Based on the conversations I had with my friends from both the BITS campus, here is what I can tell you about the courses.
- You generally have to compete with the top students on the Campus. Also, the EEE course material is not everyone's cup of tea.
- The EEE placements are quite good, though not for everyone. There are more high pointers in EEE than in any other branch. Thus good companies prefer to hire from among those.
- Placements might be better for CS at Goa, though in some other respects you might sell yourself short with this choice.

Among these three, you need to choose between Lady Shree Ram and Miranda as both of them are good colleges. LSR is better than all because of the various factors including the environment, peer groups, events, and many other things.
If you are not a native resident of NCR and there’s a choice between no hostel LSR or the Miranda House with the hostel, then you can opt for the latter as you will get to enjoy and experience the hostel life. If you are unable to get a hostel anywhere then opt for LSR anyway.
Which is a better option: PDPU computer science or DDU computer science?
It will be better if you go for PDPU for computer science than DDU. One of my friends studied at PDPU and according to him, just like any other college, it also has its fair share of pros and cons.
Pros:
- PDPU offers students with proper industrial visits and job opportunities. They provide the exposure needed to succeed in the industry.
- They let you familiarize with the functioning of the industry to make you ready.
- They have the best campus facilities in Gujarat. With a well maintained infrastructure, it even beats the reputed Nirma University.
- Students here are also encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities, clubs and committees for their holistic development.
Cons:
- The college is comparatively costlier than other colleges in the region.
- The faculty lacks experienced professors. Most of the faculty members are new.
- If doing further studies is your intention then investing a lot of money for a bachelor degree here might not be a clever option.
Therefore, opt for what suits your career goals and can fulfill them. Make an informed decision after going through every detail properly.
Which is a better option :pdpu computer science or ddu computer science?
PDPU has recently introduced a Computer Science stream. It has an 'A' grade provided by NAAC Accreditation and is graded Autonomy by UGC. It's ranked 177th in India by NIRF.
DDU offers Computer Engineering not Computer Science. It has a 'B++' grade provided by NAAC Accreditation and is ranked 193rd in India by NIRF.

- The faculty of the college is really good, they have in-depth knowledge of the concepts and mostly all of the faculty of the engineering branch are Ph.D.'s.
- There are a total of 218 faculty members including lecturers, assistant professors, associate professors, professors.
DDU: Faculties are well experienced and most of them are M.Tech holders from institutes like IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, etc. and some of them are Ph.D holders.
Choosing between the college depends on the preferences and needs of the individual.
