All courses are approved by “ All India Council for Technical Education ” and “ West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development” with intake capacity of 60 students in each stream. Over all this is a good but average college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is a Diploma level course.which is a 3 years course.This not a Graduation courses.3 year based on 6 semester.One semester in Every 6 months.diploma is a certificate or deed issued by an educational institution, such as college or university, that testifies that the recipient has successfully completed a particular course of study. The word diploma also refers to an academic award which is given after the completion of study in different courses such as diploma in higher education, diploma in graduation or diploma in post graduation etc. Historically, it can also refer to a charter or official document, thus diplomatic,diplomat and diplomacy via the Codex Juris Gentium Diplomaticus.

Many MNC companies do their campus placement from EIJE, Howrah. Companies like L&T, Vesuvius India, JSPL hire fresh engineers from this college. Apart from these MNC's, some West Bengal based engineering firms like Kiswoad, Vikrant Forge, Datre Corporation also offer campus selection.
College Events
Teachers day celebration in my college.In 2019 Golden Juliet is celebrated in college.Every year freshers welcome party is celebrated for new comers.Anual sport computition is also organised. In Sport computition many types of game is held like Cricket, Football,Volly Bol etc.

Admission
At first I fill a form for jexpo examination.Then admit card is collected from online method.The examination held in 30 th of May.Then I appeared in jexpo.I rank in jexpo 8045.Then the online counseling is started.After counseling process is end a college is alloted for me.After reciving allotment letter I got admitted in college.

Engineering Institute For Junior Executives, established in 1969, is a government polytechnic located in Mahendra Bhattacharya Road, Dalalpukur, Howrah, West Bengal. This polytechnic is affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education,[1] and recognised by AICTE, New Delhi. This polytechnic offers diploma courses in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineering.
