Remarks
The college is overall good. But it has not separate buildings for each department. Also the campus is small as compared to other colleges. The buildings are also not painted for years. Lift is also not working sometimes.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good. Every year we have 6 theory papers and 4 practicals. We have 2 semesters in one year including one internal and one mid sem. But we get enough time for preparation as well.
Placement Experience
The placements of our college is also very good. Every year more than half of the students in each batch got placed in many companies. But mostly only software companies come to our college rather than core companies. No our college doesn't provide any internship.
College Events
There are many events which are celebrated in our college. Some of them are annual sports day, annual fest 'celegance' and technical fest. The annual fest and technical fest lasts for 2 days while the sports day lasts for 3 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very expensive in our college. It takes 1,15,000 per year with 20,000 extra for the ssepl training, which is very expensive for any middle class family to afford. I also took loan to study in this college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes the college offers scholarship. Every year the college offers 30,000 to 50,000 to the scs sts and obcs students. Those whose income is less than one lakh rupees and comes under the mentioned quoto can avail the scholarship.
Campus Life
Yes, extracurricular activities are also done in our college. In first year we have one extra gp subject in which we can choose the subjects of our choice like swimming, chess, digital photography, french, etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are also very helpful. They are like big brothers to us. Ragging is strictly banned in our college. So they care for us in a very nice way. Whenever we need any help, they are always available for us.
Admission
I got admission through jee mains. My jee mains rank is 171482. So i easily got the cs/it branch in this college. My brother also told me that it is one of the best college in odisha. And the college is also in top 100 private institutions in india.
Faculty
Faculties are very good. Every branch has enough faculties. Some facilities are strict but most of them are very soft hearted. They are like friends to us. Whenever we face any problem, we can cotact them anytime.
