Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum great here. The life in hostel, extra curriculur and the city is lit. Exams are very lite compare to 10th and 12th. More focus on practical and research. Less number of exams only mid sem and end sem exam, few quizes and assignment.
Placement Experience
In terms of Placement and job for under graduate this college is one of the best in this country. Placements are great here. Under three days all circutal branch students get places. Our college do provide internship in summers and winter, research internship. The experience will be great, the proff teaches a lot. Stipend varies from nothing to 15000.
College Events
Annual Cultural Fest : Kashi yatra Annual Sports Fest : Spardha Annual Techno managment fest : Technex Annual Social Fest : Jagriti Annual Media Fest : FMC Weekend There a lot more smaller events happen. You will see almost in every second day there is interesting event going on like MUN, Debate, Marathon.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quite feasible. There is different fee structure as per your father's annual income. There are other loan and scholarship opportunities we can apply on to make it easier. Overall it's never a problem.
Fees and Financial Aid
The vidhyalaxmi yojna and mukhyamantri medhavi vidhyarthi yojna are the loan facilities and scholarship I use. Many more scholarship are available. Just they take written test to choose deserving students.
Campus Life
Extra curricular is great here. There are a lot of research labs here almost always open for project and research. This institute gives more stress on research than job. We should be job creator. Talking about sports, it's sports facilities are up to national level and teams are well trained with great coaches. The win a lot of national titles.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is not the best compared to other college but it's fair enough. We can live. Facilities are great. A common room with table tennis table and LCD tv for refreshment is available. Food is present in canteen and mess.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is one of the most powerful things of this college. It is a 100 year old college hence have a great alumni network. Seniors and alumni makes our life very easy. They are very much helpful and always ready to guide us in any manner be it social, emotional, or academic.
Admission
First JEE mains exam is held, out of total students who registered, near about 2.5 lac people are selected, once we qualify that, we clear JEE Advanced and as per our rank we get courses and college along various IITs.
Faculty
They are great and helpful. They have research projects we can work under and learn a lot of things. They teach very well and have great knowledge. The ratio of faculty to student is fair enough. There are course of other department also.
