National Institute of technology Andhra Pradesh Review

Institute environment is eco-friendly and very good for study because of silence and good environment of peace. As a new stabilised Institute buildings are under construction so a little bit disturbance of vehicles and works. But inside hostel and academic building no disturbance. In library books are available on each subjects with different varieties.

Course pattern is based on semester pattern with minor 1st, mid term exam, minor 2nd followed by end semester examination. To get pass grade you must get total 35 marks followed by 17.5 marks in end semester examination. Minor 1st and minor 2nd have weightage of 10 and 10 marks respectively, mid semester examination has weightage of 30 marks and end semester examination has weightage of 50 marks. Each subjects has corresponding credits.

Both types of placements as oncampus as off campus are possible. Most companies come to take students on the basis of interviews as well as overall CGPA. As it's a new stabilised Institute so it doesn't provide internships. We have to take internships at our own by LinkedIn, internships or from other platforms.

Events are as following: 1. Fresher's day 2. Valcunzy Fresher's day is organised by second year's in the welcome new admitted 1st year's students. In this event first year students has to participate in different cultural activities. Basis of test paper Mr. And Mrs. Fresher will be decided. Valcunzy is a technical as well as cultural event organised by 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students. In this fest technical and cultural activities are performed by students and based on performance top performers will be awarded and provided a certificate of participation.

The fee structure is feasible. In fee structure total fees is divided into different sections as tution fees, institute fees, caution money, hostel fees and so on. Institute fee is paid based on family income. Fee structure is available on institute website.

Institute provide scholarship and loan facilities. Education loan is provided by SBI bank and scholarship is provided by NSP according to the domicile State of student. Scholarship is provided according to the catagory of the student and family income.

Extracurricular activities also conducted like labs on different topics and sports. Labs are conducted by senior students to provide aware about extra technical knowledge which is not taught in classroom like python, java, ML, HTML CSS etc. In sports inter College matches are conducted by sports department of institute. Teams are selected on the basis of performance of interested students and provided certificate also.

I'm a hostler and the hostel facilities are very good. Four seater, two seater and single seater rooms are available. Four seater room are only for first year students. Two seater rooms are for 2nd year and 3rd year students. Single seater rooms are only for final year students.

Alumni network is very good of this institute. Seniors also very good. They don't rag juniors. They live together and helps of their juniors in study. Seniors are very helpful to us. They behave like an elder brother and sister.

I got addmission in NITAP by passing JEE main exam. After then I participated in the JOSAA, filled choices and then a seat allocated for me at NIT Andhra in Computer Science And Engineering branch according to my category rank.

Faculty of this college have good knowledge and experience in their respective fields. Most of the faculty members are completed their PhD from reputed university. They try to teach their students as much as they can. They are punctual and reliable.
